We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and driving revenue growth.

Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a high-performing team.
• Implement and monitor hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in / check-out processes.
• Utilize phone systems for effective communication with guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort.
• Collaborate with human resources to manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective guest interaction.

Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services best practices.

Experience in managing resort-style properties is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay : $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
