Sales Associate

Re-Bath is the nation’s largest complete bathroom remodeler, and we are seeking a Sales Associate to help us grow!!

Commission based pay with 1st year potential from $75,000 to over Six Figures!

We design complete bathroom remodels, tub and shower updates, and help with aging and accessibility solutions for our customers. If you are not achieving the income you deserve, are not getting the training you need, and would like to have the opportunity to get in front of qualified appointments, this may be the career for you!

We will train you to sell design and remodeling services to our customers and only put you in front of qualified appointments. You will not be working over the phone setting appointments or cold-calling. You will be in front of our customers, design consulting and selling our services to qualified leads.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
• Educate clients on product options and remodeling solutions
• Build rapport and guide customers through their remodeling journey
• Use a structured sales process (script provided)
• Meet only with pre-set, qualified appointments — no cold calling or self-sourcing leads
