Overview

Facility size :  48 Bed Hospital, 4 units of 12 beds each

Units 1&2 : Child & Pre-Adolescent Programs (Age up to 14 years)

Units 3&4 : Adolescent Programs (Ages 13-17 years)

Scrub Color Requirement :

CNA / DSA :  grey (light or dark)

LPN / RN :   Any color

Street clothes, sweatshirts, long finger nails are NOT allowed

If provider is cold, they are permitted to wear a long-sleeved t-shirt under their scrub top, or a button or zip up sweater or scrub jacket with the front open so the scrub top is visible.  Absolutely NO jackets with hoods or hoodies are allowed to be worn on the unit and no pullover shirts covering their uniform so they are not easily identified as staff.

Case types :  depression, bipolar, mood disorders, drug and alcohol abuse, suicidal patients, autism spectrum disorder as well

Certs :

AHA BLS

License :  Active RN License, VA or compact

Experience :

Minimum of 2 Years of Behavioral Health / Psych experience required

Minimum of 2 Years RN experience required

Minimum of 1 Year of Pediatric Psych experience preferred

MUST have adolescent experience

COVID Vaccine Requirement :   exemptions accepted
