Responsibilities :

Oversight of all office positions

Leadership and training for office staff

Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation

Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

Requirements : Experience

– Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred

Education

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills

– Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
