Position Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. You’ll help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy plans. This role involves evaluation, treatment, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and care teams. Key Responsibilities : Evaluate and treat patients following AOTA standards. Develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress. Supervise OT assistants and aides. Document patient progress and communicate with physicians. Educate patients and families on home programs. Participate in clinical education and quality improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid OT license and eligibility to practice in the state. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. Preferred Skills Experience in hand therapy or physical agent modalities. Ability to custom fabricate splints / casts. Familiarity with EMR systems and billing procedures. What we are offering?
