Highlights

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to join our collegial group of 13 employed Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers on the north side of Indianapolis. Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

• Opportunity for full-time or part-time practice

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

BE / BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
