Job descriptionCompetitive Compensation : $20 per hour starting wage Bonus opportunities available Full access to Peak Health fitness and recovery center Employee discounts on services at cost pricing available 8-hour shifts : Monday thru Friday On call shifts on weekends, evenings, and some holidays Hero's DSR Staff is present on some pre-determined holidays Make sure the right technicians get to the right jobs on time, prepared, and informed Answer incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional, memorable image Make outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, and survey existing and potential customers Maximize opportunities through dispatching processes and adhering to the company expectations and goals Support for overflow from Customer Service Representatives Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.) Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record High School Diploma or equivalent required Knowledgeable on current processes and procedures, promotions, coupons, and any other necessary information Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers Flexibility to move between tasks based on business need and balance competing priorities Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time

A Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) at Hero is responsible for providing logistical support to our field personnel and assure all customer commitments are met.
