Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts to maneuver materials within the warehouse. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all safety and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts efficiently and safely.
• Transport materials to and from warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trucks with products.
• Maintain accurate and legible records and documentation.
• Adhere to all company safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Stage products for mixing and roasting operators.

Work Environment

Work in a food manufacturing environment where you will need to follow GMPs, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, and avoiding jewelry. The position is for the 2nd shift from 2 : 30 pm to 11 pm. During the busy season from August to December, be prepared for potential mandatory overtime, with 10-hour shifts and possible Saturday work. Regular season hours range from 40-50 hours with occasional Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $43680.00 / yr. Health, dental, vision benefits. 401K match. PTO.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in New Berlin, WI.
