Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, the RN will plan, implement, and assess care, ensuring high-quality service in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
