Financial Operations Training Program

Join Year Up United, an immersive job training program designed for young adults, where you’ll acquire essential skills through classroom instruction, hands-on internships, and personalized mentorship. Participants receive an educational stipend to support their learning journey.

This program uniquely combines technical expertise and professional acumen with access to internships and job placement services provided by our renowned partner, YUPRO Placement. Internships may be available at prestigious organizations such as Citizens, Amica Mutual Insurance Company, Lifespan, and Fidelity.

Eligibility Criteria :

You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following requirements :

• High school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday through Friday throughout the program
• Motivated to develop technical and professional skills
• Not holding a Bachelor’s degree

What You Will Gain :

You will develop vital business and communication skills, interview techniques, networking abilities, and resume-building expertise. While interning, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
