Shift : Evenings 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

Requirements :

RN license (state-appropriate)

BLS (AHA)

Minimum 1 year LTC / SNF experience

First-time travelers welcome

Assignment Details :

Unit Type : LTC / SNF, 83 beds (20 in locked dementia unit)

EMR : Point Click Care (PCC)

RN-to-patient ratio : 5 RNs : 74 residents on days / afternoons; 1 : 74 on midnights

Patient population : CHF, COPD, DM, Rehab, Dementia

Duties : Administer medications, head-to-toe assessments, possible charge nurse responsibilities, IVs for fluids or antibiotics

Floating throughout facility as needed

Scheduling :

Every other weekend required

Holiday rotation possible

No call required
