Automotive Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Genesis automotive Sales Manager oversees the sales team, sets sales goals, develops strategies to achieve targets, recruits and trains sales staff, manages inventory, negotiates deals with customers, and ensures overall sales department efficiency. The Sales manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the context of the Genesis automotive brand.

Dress Code : All sales people will keep themselves and their work area neat and clean. Excellent hygiene and grooming are a must. A Company Polo or shirt and tie are required for all men and business professional for all women. You do not need the nicest or most expensive clothing. Your clothing must be clean, pressed and shoes shined. There will be no eating at your desk area. Take pride in your appearance and surroundings.
