🎯 What You’ll Do
Technology leadership – Define and execute the product architecture, tech stack, and AI integration strategy.Product development – Build and scale the MVP into a secure, compliant, enterprise-ready SaaS product for healthcare facilities.AI & automation – Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support.Integrations – Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs.Team building – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team in U.S. and India.Process & compliance – Build HIPAA compliant infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data security.Co-Founder role – Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go-to-market.✅ What We’re Looking For
Hands-on full-stack engineering leader (7–10+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech.Strong background in AI / ML, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture .Experience with EHR systems, FHIR / HL7, or healthcare data standards is a big plus.Entrepreneurial DNA – you want to build a company from zero to scale as a true co-founder (bonus if you’ve been a founder before).Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage environment.Passion for solving real-world healthcare problems with technology.🎁 What We Offer
Ownership & Salary : This is a true co-founder role with equal ownership ( ~30% equity ).
