Elevated Construction

Elevated Construction is seeking aRegional Account Manager located in Phoenix, Arizona to lead key client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure successful project execution from start to finish. This is a pivotal role for a driven, people-oriented professional with strong organizational and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

As theface of Elevated Constructionfor your accounts, youll take the lead on relationship building with both existing and new clients, support contracting and estimating processes, and serve as a key link between our clients and internal teams. Youll play a vital role in supporting company growth in the Phoenix region by ensuring high-quality service delivery and developing long-term client trust.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts from initial pursuit through project closeout.
  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, strategic engagement, and on-site meetings.
  • Manage client expectations on construction projects and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent Elevated Construction at industry association events to build brand presence and client rapport.

Contract & Financial Oversight

  • Support contract negotiations and ensure accurate documentation before execution.
  • Set up billing, approve progress invoices, and monitor accounts receivable per internal workflow.
  • Ensure financial structures are aligned with project needs from day one.
  • Estimating Support

  • Prepare and review accurate, competitive estimates that align with client goals and company standards.
  • Assist the estimating team with basic bids and scope reviews to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Conduct in-person site walks with clients to evaluate project opportunities, assist the estimating team, and document findings using tools such as CompanyCam.
  • Business Development

  • Network with current and prospective clients to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and association events to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Set and pursue sales goals that support market expansion strategies.
  • Identify high-opportunity project types and market trends in the Phoenix region.
  • Production Coordination

  • Collaborate with production teams to monitor project progress and address issues early.
  • Attend preconstruction meetings and support smooth project handoffs.
  • Conduct weekly project reviews and spot checks using project management tools.
  • Maintain client communication standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Administrative & Technical Support

  • Accurately input project scope, estimates, and updates into project management software.
  • Maintain thorough documentation across all stages of the project.
  • Gain proficiency in tools used across teams, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    Professional Background

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred.
  • Background in construction is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred.
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management platforms is a plus, but not required.
