Job Description

What You'll Do :

As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll be essential to maintaining the reliability and safety of our facility and equipment. You'll :

• Troubleshoot and perform complex mechanical repairs on production and facility equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance following company protocols.
• Oversee and coordinate work performed by external maintenance contractors.
• Order parts and supplies through our approved vendor systems.
• Participate in daily Facilities Team meetings to prioritize tasks and align with leadership.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities-both corrective and preventive.
• Assist with scrap metal collection and coordinate recycling efforts.
• Support winter safety by clearing snow and de-icing walkways when needed.

Hourly Rate Range : $28.00 - $34.00 plus 15% 2nd shift differential. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
