As a Lead, Pharmacy Regulatory Comms AXP, you'll drive the strategic development and optimization of Next Best Action capabilities across Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. You'll lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven journeys that improve engagement and outcomes.

Role Responsibilities :

• Own the NBA execution strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals and member experience objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, configuration, and deployment of personalized journeys using AJO and AEP
• Partner with lifecycle marketing, data science, analytics, and channel teams to activate NBA logic and optimize targeting
• Oversee platform governance, including audience segmentation, event triggers, and personalization rules
• Monitor performance metrics and partner with analytics to refine journey logic and improve outcomes
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO / AEP capabilities and mentor others on best practices in journey orchestration
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and MarTech teams to ensure platform scalability and integration
• Deliver orchestrated journeys that improve member engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes
• Enable real-time personalization through advanced NBA logic and platform capabilities
• Drive innovation in marketing operations by aligning technology with strategic priorities
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.

Pay Range $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
