A company is looking for a Business Analytics Manager to drive insight, strategy, and decision-making across its eCommerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic analytics partner to sales, operations, and product leadership, influencing decisions that drive revenue growth and profitability
Own sales, operations, and pricing analytics end-to-end, from data extraction and validation to insight generation and executive recommendations
Create insight-first dashboards and reports in Power BI that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Math, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience analyzing sales, operations, and / or product data with a track record of translating data into impactful recommendations
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and validation
Advanced experience with Power BI (or Tableau) for building insight-driven dashboards
Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior business leaders through structured storytelling
