KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, Transition and Lean Transformation to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities :

• Accountable for management and execution of transition management and transition projects
• Provide support for project governance, planning, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, as well as operational readiness; work directly with all stakeholders from KPMG and Client teams to plan, and deliver on Management and Transition projects, leveraging Management and Transition Playbooks, as well as other related materials
• Participate in the development and enhancement of new solutions by providing Management and Transition requirements, and review solution designs with the engineering team; participate in pre-sales and sales processes by providing input to proposal materials
• Offer continuous improvement of Management and Transition processes; support process improvements, as well as updates to Management and Transition frameworks and solution playbooks based on client experiences
• Responsible for an AI first and value driven mindset to identify lean transformation opportunities to standardize, automate, and innovate during transitions (and beyond) to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes with hands-on execution
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
