Blue Chip Tool Co. is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a steady, full-time, first-shift role in a family-owned, fully air-conditioned job shop . If you’re skilled in Mazak CNC lathes and Mazatrol programming at the machine , this opportunity offers stability, great benefits, and the chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak 2-axis CNC lathes using Mazatrol at the machine.
• Machine precision parts to exact customer specifications in a low-volume, high-precision job shop .
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Verify setups, tolerances, and dimensions using precision inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.
