Technical Support Technician

CTG is seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across manufacturing, engineering, and support teams. You'll ensure test processes are manufacturable, repeatable, and meet high-quality standards, supporting IBM processes and customer requirements.

Location : Poughkeepsie, NY

Duration : Ongoing contract

Key Responsibilities :

• Support fabrication and fulfillment test processes, ensuring quality and repeatability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records and report process or technical concerns.
