Position Summary :

The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive timely, consistent, and quality care. You'll work closely with caregivers, clients, and families to maintain accurate schedules, resolve conflicts, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, manage, and maintain daily / weekly caregiver schedules.

Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and compatibility.

Communicate schedule changes promptly to caregivers and clients.

Respond to last-minute call-outs and scheduling issues with urgency.

Ensure accurate documentation and updates in scheduling software.

Provide excellent customer service to both clients and caregivers.

Collaborate with the care team to support staffing needs and service goals.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or similar role preferred.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle high-volume scheduling and work under pressure.

Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
