Vice President of Finance – Potomac Partners & Associates LLC

100% Remote - Healthcare experience required.

Our client is a $2B dynamic, publicly held healthcare services company. They are looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead their FP&A team. The role requires 10+ years of experience in finance, a strong background in both FP&A and operational finance, and healthcare industry experience. The VP will command Finance, provide business intelligence, strategic insights, and financial oversight to drive growth and operational efficiency. The position will manage a team of approximately 25.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead the FP&A team and provide accurate financial planning and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Build cross‑functional relationships across all departments.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities.
