We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain internal and client?facing building analytics software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands?on experience with SkyFoundrys SkySpark software environment, data modeling, and the application of Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) techniques. This role involves enhancing existing applications, building new tools, and supporting innovative projects that drive energy efficiency and smart building technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including software developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. This role is a hybrid position with flexibility on location if you can travel to an office location as needed.

The salary range is $80,000 $120,000. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Application Developer Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain infrastructure for data analytics, data storage, and application performance.
• Manage agile development of applications in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and user training.
• Design and implement application features based on team and client feedback.
• Perform system integration with databases, APIs, IoT devices, and building automation systems (BAS).
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Provide technical support and training for team members and end?users.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in energy analytics, building management systems (BMS), and smart building solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
