NextRoll is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the discovery, planning, delivery, scaling, and impact of our AI‑powered ABM product. You’ll work with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver solutions that exceed business objectives and customer expectations.

As a strategic and hands‑on product leader, you’ll define long‑term vision, translate strategy into roadmaps, guide cross‑functional execution, and continuously refine the product using data‑driven insights. Your work will directly influence product adoption, customer retention, and user satisfaction.

Define and evolve the long‑term vision for B2B advertising, driving AI innovation to build solutions that meet customer needs.

Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring successful product execution and driving business results.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategic goals with product execution, ensuring that customer‑centric solutions are prioritized.

Monitor success metrics and leverage data‑driven insights to continuously refine the product and improve customer satisfaction.

Partner with product leaders across AdRoll helping shape the company’s AI‑driven ABM product. You'll spend time talking with users to understand their businesses and challenges.

Lead product innovation, driving impactful features that directly affect product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Skills you’ll bring

7+ years of experience in product management and expertise in ABM solutions and B2B advertising

Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and AI‑powered product experiences that drive customer value and business results.

An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize products. Your ability to identify key success metrics and leverage insights will play a critical role in ensuring the product meets both customer needs and business objectives.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and leadership teams. You’ll be an advocate for innovation, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard while driving alignment within teams.

A proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple cross‑functional dependencies. You’ll need to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring that innovative features are prioritized and delivered effectively.

Compensation

Minimum salary of $155,745 to maximum salary of $231,550 plus equity and benefits.
