Description of the role :

The Manager on Duty at Salt Fork Lodge will be responsible for overseeing Wednesday-Sunday 2nd shift operations and ensuring the smooth running of all departments. One weekend will be offered off on a monthly basis. They will be the go-to person for guest relations and will provide assistance to the front desk, restaurant, gift shop, golf course, marina, housekeeping, and maintenance areas.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations during Wednesday-Sunday 2nd shift
• Provide assistance and support in various departments
• Handle guest relations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during shift
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and quality
