North Wales, PA - On-site

Are you a seasoned office manager with a background in consumer goods and a knack for streamlining operations? Join a growing team at a well-established company expanding its footprint in both wholesale and retail beauty markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where your organizational skills and strategic thinking will directly impact business success.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee AR / AP processes, and ensure accurate ERP system data.
  • Review contracts, customer service metrics, and vendor agreements to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive policy updates, training documentation, and support ERP system rollouts.
  • Partner with leadership on new initiatives and process improvements.

What You Bring

  • U.S. college degree and recent experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and write policies or training procedures.
  • Familiarity with AP / AR functions and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
