Were looking for a Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, quality, and great customer service. Youll play a key role in maintaining the propertys standards and curb appeal, handling service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents.

What Youll Do
- Respond to resident service requests
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Maintain property appearance and functionality
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Service Manager
