Overview

The Director, Digital Products is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for driving the vision, development, and performance of digital products within a defined vertical. This role leads cross-functional teams-including product management, engineering, design, and data-to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that meet user needs and advance business objectives. The Director ensures tight alignment between product strategy and enterprise goals, fosters a culture of experimentation and excellence, and serves as a key voice in shaping the digital roadmap across the organization.

What We Offer :

Salary : Competitive range of $140,000 - $175,000 per year. This range reflects the budgeted compensation for this role. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and location.
