ASAP - Ongoing Need

7 days per week including weekends. Inpatient only (including weekends and overnights)

Practice Setting : Inpatient coverage only

Dates of Coverage : Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine months

Call Schedule : 5 pm to 8 am - Call volumes low - average 1-2 calls per night

Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult

Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call / Rounding) : 10+

Trauma Level / Designation (Hospital) : Level 1

EMR : EPIC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 3-4 months (must have MN license)

Required Procedures :

Mgmt. of VAD / CV Catheters- assessment of port integrity and Chemotherapy - Intrathecal

ABMS Board Certified Hematology / Oncology - Required

MN State License- Required

BLS- Required
