Plumbing and Heating Field Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing and Heating Project Manager to lead and oversee our team of skilled technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in plumbing and heatings systems who thrive in a leadership role.

• Duties
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of plumbing and heating field staff.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and team performance.
• Provide technical support and problem solving assistance to technicians and clients.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high level of skilled professionalism.
• Manage scheduling, material procurement, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with project manager, contractors, and clients to meet project goals.
• Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in plumbing and heating, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Stronge knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing and heating systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Valid drivers license.
