We are seeking Care Professionals to become a part of our Nurse Guided Home Care Team. Home Matters Caregiving is a newer agency to Middle TN. You will work with an RN to be properly trained and developed to provide the best care for our clients.

Responsibilities :

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities

Monitor and report changes in patient health status to our nurse

Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

Provide Purpose Driven Care on a daily basis to our clients

Qualifications :

MUST HAVE Alzheimer's and Dementia Experience

Experience in hospice, home health / care, or other related fields

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to handle physical workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must love seniors
