Ohio Oaks, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is currently seeking a skilled professional Unit Manager LPN or RN to join our dedicated management team.
As the Unit Manager LPN or RN, you will play a pivotal role in day-to-day clinical leadership and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents within our Skilled Long-Term Care facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.
Unit Manager LPN or RN Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, Including RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication.
Unit Manager LPN or RN Qualifications
Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License for the state of Ohio. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.Minimum of 2 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervision and management experience in a Medicaid / Medicare certified facility.Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.Unit Manager LPN or RN Benefits
