VP Of Finance

This is a full-time role as VP of Finance, located onsite in New York, NY. We're looking for an operationally excellent, strategically minded finance leader to own Hadrius's financial systems, planning, and decision-making. You'll be the connective tissue between data and strategy, turning numbers into insights, insights into action, and action into compounding growth.

You'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape company strategy, manage capital, and build a world-class finance function that can scale with Hadrius through our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role : you'll be equally comfortable modeling scenarios in Excel, leading board discussions, and architecting scalable financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

First week :

• Get deep context on our current financial systems, structure, and growth model
• Understand how we generate and measure ARR, NDR, CAC payback, burn multiple, and other key SaaS metrics
• Review current reporting cadence, investor updates, and board materials
• Identify near-term opportunities to tighten forecasting, spending discipline, and reporting

First month :
