About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product Marketing - Acquisition to lead and innovate the growth marketing strategy for our next-generation streaming products. This critical role is dedicated to driving subscriber growth, optimizing revenue, and expanding market presence, especially through genre-based and customizable subscription packs targeted at younger audiences. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire acquisition strategy, guiding a collaborative cross-functional team, and influencing our go-to-market strategy for digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement high-performance marketing plans.
  • Lead omni-channel campaigns that engage and convert target audiences.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to effectively reach diverse consumer groups.
  • Establish executive-level KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing strategy for subscription-based businesses, particularly in the streaming, SVOD, or digital media sectors. Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of experience in marketing, growth, or acquisition roles, with a minimum of 8 years in senior executive positions. A demonstrated ability to launch and scale products for younger, digitally savvy audiences, along with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include :

  • An established network within the streaming, media, and technology ecosystems.
  • A passion for the future of content, streaming, and consumer entertainment.
  • A data-driven, test-and-learn approach to growth.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
