What Youll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, youll play an important role in supporting clients with their daily living needs and helping them thrive in their communities. Responsibilities include :

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) when needed

Supporting household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping

Helping clients manage appointments, transportation, and daily schedules

Encouraging community involvement and social engagement

Providing guidance with organization skills and life skills

Offering behavioral and emotional support, including redirection when needed

What Were Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or direct care (preferred)

Current CPR / First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)

Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements

US Work Authorization

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping others
