Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, NJ ! This is a part-time position (4 days a week, 6.5 hours per day) , ideal for someone who’s passionate about supporting students and mentoring a great team of RBTs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview :

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide behavior consultations and ongoing support to staff and families

Supervise and mentor RBTs , ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery

Collaborate with the team to promote positive outcomes for students

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) certification required

Experience working with children or students in educational or clinical settings preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
