• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional data science team focusing on the commercial chain.
• Driving development of ML and AI solutions, from traditional analytics and machine learning to generative and agentic AI applications.
• Partnering with internal data and software engineering teams to embed practical AI into existing and new applications utilizing the full potential of the organization's data assets.
• Championing best practices in data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
• Communicating results and increasing literacy with senior leaders and peers.
• Advancing thought leadership and strategy on AI regionally and globally.
• Utilizing both existing and emerging technology to realize value.
