Clinical Director, MHPSS - CT Licensed

A company is looking for an Associate Director, MHPSS - AEMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Support MHPSS business development, implementation, and evaluation of projects in the AEMEA region

Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship for MHPSS programming across various countries

Develop culturally competent MHPSS program strategies aligned with organizational goals and IASC guidelines

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in psychology, public health, international development, social work, or a related field

Clinical license in the US

Prior experience in Asia, Eurasia, Middle East, and / or Africa with knowledge of regional health systems

Demonstrated ability to integrate MHPSS into areas such as climate resilience and perinatal mental health

Experience in designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives for health workers and NGOs
