J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. The team conducts User Acceptance Testing for applications used by Asset & Wealth Management Operations globally. The team is involved in all stages of Testing from Requirement Gathering, Test Planning / Design, test Execution, Defect Logging / Retesting & Final Product delivery.

As the Testing Automation Vice President within Asset & Wealth Management Operations, you will develop automated QA practices for applications. The role is based in Columbus, US that has global ownership for delivering innovative automation solutions in response to increasing business demand and the ever-changing tech environment. The candidate must be a talented, hands-on technologist with a good understanding of emerging technologies, varied experience across a diverse technology stack, with a good grasp of software design & engineering concepts as well as strong leadership skills. An analytical mindset, creativity and commercial focus is core to the skills needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Guide Automation Testers on Frameworks, Automation Standards
• Code review and provide timely feedback
• Collaborate closely with technology & Business in BDD implementation
• Identify automation opportunities
• Manage Stakeholder
• Conduct Automation feasibility study
• Derive ROI
• Reporting on automation execution / Effort Estimation
