About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage inbound leads for our ISOtrain LMS solution. This remote, part-time position involves handling the entire sales process—from qualification and demos to negotiation and closure—while collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify all incoming leads for ISOtrain LMS.
• Conduct discovery calls and live product demos to decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and licensing terms to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in Softek Export’s CRM (Jira).
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, and email outreach.
• Stay current on LMS, SaaS, and compliance-training industry trends.
