Associate Director, Consumer Marketing - Neuropsychiatry
The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing - Neuropsychiatry will be a critical role and visible leader within the US Neuropsychiatry Franchise to support patients with Postpartum Depression (PPD).
You will help lead the overall Consumer strategies to find and activate patients, drive educational efforts and messages for patients and their care partners, and maximize appropriate patient adherence. This position is responsible for supporting the brand's strategic direction through analysis of insights to drive key strategic choices for product and patient experience.
Lead the development of strategic workstreams, including, but not limited to messaging, and creative for patients and care partners that deliver against overall business objectives
Guide the development and oversee tactical implementation and ongoing optimization of the consumer brand plan, including but not limited to special patient programs and patient storytelling across various channels
Serve as a core member of the Brand Team, lead annual brand planning and support brand strategy development for the patient / caregiver audience
Identify and monitor key performance metrics and optimization programs and initiatives to maximize ROI
Collaborate extensively with other members of the marketing and field teams, training department, and other functions
You have a strong personal drive and proven record in fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to problem solve and drive innovation. You have strong ability to effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal stakeholders, at all levels of the organization, and external business partners. You demonstrate the ability to compassionately relate to and engage with patients in the PPD space. You love to innovate across all areas including innovative strategies, programs and tactics that leverage advancements in technology, media, and communications.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
7+ years pharma or biotech commercial experience; minimum 3+ years pharma / biotech marketing
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and "roll-up your sleeves" culture
Excellent communication / coordination / interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs
Preferred Skills :
Experience within Women's Health and / or Primary Care
Experience working with an alliance partner
Prior product launch experience a plus
The base compensation range for this role is : $161,000.00-$222,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
