HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION :
POSITION : Human Resource Director
DEPARTMENT : Human Resources
REPORTS TO : CEO
COORDINATES WITH : Administration and Staff
PURPOSE : The Human Resources Director will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources People Operations department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS : All staff is expected to adhere to the Center's confidentiality policy as stated in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
HOURS OF WORK : 40 hours per week and as requested by Supervisor.
SALARY : As specified in the Notice of Hire.
Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
