Clearance Requirement :   Active Secret Clearance is required to start

Location : Dam Neck

SUMMARY : WR has an opportunity for a Systems Engineer, Lead to independently analyze the performance of hardware and software interfaces and identify alternatives for optimizing the usage of computer resources and modern hardware solutions.

Position responsibilities  will include, but are not limited to the following :

• Independently apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data storage and / or manipulation.
• Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting operating systems and software.
• Provide assistance to users in the development and integration of systems and environments.
• Install and manage systems and user utilities for modifications and upgrades of systems and environments and efficiently diagnoses and resolves system problems.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience :

oA background in project management.
