Responsibilities

Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs such as showering bathing dressing and eating

Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation

Help with mobilityaround the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.)

Assist with personal care and hygiene plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises

Complete clients shopping or accompany them to successfully do so

Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals including serving and other tasks if necessary

Qualifications

Be a team player

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Prior experience as a Caregiver or personal care assistant (2 years certified nurse / home health aidepreferred)

CNA HHA or PCA certification preferred

Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Available to work different shifts including nights and / or weekends

Prior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

Supportive and compassionate

High School Diploma or equivalent

Take pride in providing high quality care

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

Must complete all Covid-19 training and follow protocols put in place

Sign on Bonus is for a limited time until 11 / 30 / 2025

REQUIREMENTS :

Must fill out and send all required docs within 3 days.

Pick up and work the first shift within 7 days of on-boarding completion.

Work a minimum of 30 hours each week of successful employment with us and receiveno complaints.

No call outs allowed

Payment Structure :

$50 after the first 2 weeks

$75 after the 1st month

$75 at 1 ½ months

$100 at 2 months

$100 at 3 months

$100 at 4 months

$100 at 5 months

$200 at 6 months
