Position Summary: The Community Resource Center (CRC) Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and partners, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. This role is responsible for answering, screening, and directing phone calls; scheduling appointments; receiving mail and deliveries; and performing administrative and clerical duties. The Receptionist must be bilingual in English and Haitian Creole or Spanish to effectively communicate with the diverse community served and provide interpretation support when needed. The role requires proactive engagement with visitors and team members, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and collaboration to maintain positive and supportive environment.
