Eldora Mountain Resort employs up to 700 employees at peak season and has 680 acres of lift-accessible terrain for skiing and snowboarding, including a Woodward Mountain Park experience, and a world class Nordic Center.

Position Summary : The Guest Services Supervisor at Eldora interacts with guests and employees and works directly with the Guest Services Director and Manager to ensure proper training and operation of all Guest Services locations. Guest Service Supervisors also provide support to other departments with training, reporting, and Point of Sale operations. The ideal Guest Services Supervisor candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
