What You'll Be Doing :

In this role, you'll work closely with patients and clinical teams to deliver high-quality respiratory care in both routine and critical settings. You'll handle everything from oxygen therapy and nebulizer treatments to ventilator management and emergency interventions. You'll also take the lead in patient education - helping folks understand their condition and how to manage it with confidence.

You'll use state-of-the-art equipment, follow evidence-based protocols, and play a vital part in improving outcomes for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.

What You Bring to the Table :

We're looking for someone who's clinically solid, collaborative, and passionate about patient care. You'll need :

• An associate's degree (or higher) in Respiratory Therapy
• A valid Nebraska state license or eligibility to obtain one
• NBRC credentialing (CRT or RRT)
• A calm, confident approach to care and strong communication skills
