Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for proposals and program documentation. You develop quality metrics and certification plans, analyze capability assessments for supplier selection, and participate in design reviews to ensure quality standards are met. You perform data analysis for manufacturing and test readiness, provide material review dispositions for non-conformances, and evaluate non-conformance trends to assess corrective actions. You compile performance reports and statistical data to verify process capability, audit safety and build plans, and recommend improvements for simplification and standardization. You review engineering changes and drive continuous improvement of Quality Engineering processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Engineering Bach degree (non IT)
• Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry experience
• Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problem / analysis / resolution processes
