Job description

Vice President Of Compensation

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Compensation Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the global compensation strategy. The VP will lead strategic planning and execution of base pay, incentive programs, executive compensation, and equity plans, while partnering with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global compensation strategy aligned with the company's goals and talent philosophy
  • Advise executive leadership on compensation trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead compensation planning cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity reviews
  • Design and manage base salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs
  • Oversee job evaluation, leveling, and market benchmarking processes
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through data-driven analysis
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors as needed
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure sound governance of pay programs
  • Evaluate and manage compensation-related vendors and tools
  • Lead implementation and optimization of compensation systems and platforms
  • Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team
  • Foster collaboration with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including executive compensation
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market pricing
  • Experience with global compensation practices and compliance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
  • Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm Monday through Friday

    Employment Type : Temporary / Contract

    Worksite Type : Hybrid / Flexible

    Pay Details : $65.00 to $80.00 per hour
