About the Role

The EY Growth Platforms Data Scientist Director will be at the forefront of innovative AI solutions that drive strategic growth initiatives. Collaborating with Business Leaders, AI / ML Engineers, and Project Managers, you will design and scale multi-source data pipelines to deliver impactful solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of ETL for structured and semi-structured data, optimizing for scalability.
  • Architect and refine data assets while ensuring data quality and provenance.
  • Develop data access layers suited for machine learning applications.
  • Collaborate with AI / ML teams to prepare data for compliant usage.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with :

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in data engineering or hybrid roles focused on pipeline design and management.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native data solutions (e.g., GCP / AWS, Snowflake).
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Ability to define and implement standards for data handling and quality assurance.
